Breana is an advanced dress form that lets apparel brands and manufacturers fit their garment samples on a simulated human-body like model, instead of standard mannequins and ‘ideally’ sized and shaped fashion models currently in use. The simulated model can alter its shape based on different real body measurements, meaning that comfortable, well-fitting bras to suit diverse body forms can be easily created.
I am an apparel designer turned sustainability expert and innovations enthusiast, committed to steering brands and manufacturers towards sustainable practices that drive lasting impact on people and the planet. I currently work as an Innovation Associate at Fashion for Good, where I scout and scale innovators with disruptive technologies that create a positive socio-environmental impact. My technical knowledge as a sustainability expert comes from years of working directly with brands and garment manufacturers in the fashion industry. more
