# 2022 Circular Steam |
Cooking in open dishes where steam and heat are lost wastes valuable energy and does not produce optimally nutritious meals
The Circular Steam system introduces low-energy heat and moisture into cooking vessels through valves regulated by electromagnets. Energy is stored and transferred to other vessels as needed. A touch-sensitive interface is used to regulate the parameters of time, humidity and temperature ensuring flavoursome nutritious results can be achieved in a sustainable way.
