CityMaker

About

A digital platform to encourage community participation in city planning

CityMaker is a digital platform aimed at encouraging dialogue between citizens and city planners. It is designed to be used in the early phase of the planning process, to give voice to residents about how their urban environment is designed. Different interactive ways for people to initiate proposals are explored followed by how the experts can use the data. The design project lifts crowdsourcing data to a higher place, which would be significantly valuable for the experts in the city to evaluate and learn from.
