Connoisseur is a grinder that enriches the coffee making experience at home. Amongst its delights is a sound cone that emits a delicate tingling when beans are poured into the hopper, a cooling system that minimises grinding heat, (preserving taste and aroma) and a chrome-plated container that elevates the coffee from an everyday foodstuff to a singular treasure.
Julian Bowerman graduated from South Bank University with a degree in Engineering Product Design. He has worked as a designer and a model maker. He has won awards from the Institution of Engineering Designers and New Designers (London). He has a Masters in Design from The Kong Kong Polytechnic University and a doctorate in Design Ergonomics.more
