# 2021 For U With U |
|
The aim of For U with U is to help Fair By Design (a Venture Fund supporting consumer-focused, fair products and services) create a sustainable, participatory system for regulators to engage with and understand different types of consumers when making decisions. We managed Fair By Design's partnerships with their key stakeholders and designed a dedicated approach to encourage an inclusive mindset in regulatory bodies: this is so that markets can be more inclusive and more readily meet the needs of vulnerable consumers in the UK.
Sharanya is an Innovator at heart and a Service Designer by profession. She comes from a background of design, having played Service Design, User Experience Consultant and Project Managerial roles across sectors and industries in her previous professional experience. She has conducted multiple design thinking workshops, worked with multidisciplinary teams across departments, industries and borders and was also a proud ambassador for Design For Change, India. She looks at combining creativity with reasoning to deliver impactful, empowering solutions. Now, she is a Creative Strategist at a well-known Design Consultancy based in London, where she uses her technical expertise in Service Design to bring people together and help them shape their own stories. more

Yu-Hsuan (Sharon) comes from Taiwan with a BA in Diplomacy. She is dedicated to combining the disciplines of Diplomacy with the methodologies of Service Design, thinking from a macro perspective while attaching importance to human-centered in various wicked social problems. To follow her passion, she is currently working as a Service Designer at Royal Borough of Greenwich, exploring the possibilities to transform public services and communities, supporting organizations to deliver new levels of value to citizens, and unlocking the potential of levers in the system that create value for society.more
