Guidog

About

Feel what your guide dog sees

Guidog is a harness for guide dogs that creates a more intimate connection between dog and owner. The harness is made from durable and breathable materials that make it lighter and more comfortable for both the human and dog. Beneath the outer textile layer is a plastic shell, which makes Guidog more rigid than a conventional harness. This rigidity increases the strength of vibrations sent from the front paws of the dog to the handle held by its owner. This more intimate connection makes it easier for the user to sense the guide dog’s movements and mood. The harness comes with two handles — a smaller one for dense urban walking and a sturdier alternative for rougher terrain.
