# mena 2021 Headhunt: Adolescence Career Discovery |

Headhunt is a service for adolescents, aged 14-to-17, that tackles career discovery through its most important pillars: self-discovery, credible information resources, skill building and real-world content application.
Through the application, adolescents can identify their work preferences, explore the different job fields that match them and get informed about the job track they choose. They can then develop the skills required for their chosen track by means of a gamified experience through a series of practical challenges and tasks.
I am a product designer with a great passion towards the fields of experience and service design. My goal is to empower people through designing experiences that can enhance their quality of life. After earning my college degree, I intend to immerse myself in a journey of creating opportunities, through design, that focuses on people’s needs and opens new dimensions for them to explore themselves while challenging their idea of the world as they know it.more
