NYMO

About

A robot that encourages self-care amongst the elderly

While the majority of health-care products and tech solutions seem to be focusing their productivity on reacting to medical conditions to preserve life, NYMO focuses on preserving the quality of health and prevention of severe medical conditions.

Through a combination of sensors, and deep learning algorithms, NYMO is able to analyse and integrate itself into the individual’s daily routine to reflect and stimulate their healthcare activity by projecting their welfare as its own. If neglected, the ageing robot will wither away, reflecting his/her/its owner’s deteriorating mental state.
