# 2020 Receipts recycling factory |
The Receipts Recycling Factory is a device that can recycle paper receipts and other waste products from coffee shops (coffee grounds, tea grounds, etc.) onsite into useful paper cup sleeves. Customers can put their used receipts into the device from a dedicated port and choose recycled components according to their preferred texture, in order to make their own unique pulp cup sleeves. The project not only supports a circular economy by recycling the paper receipts onsite, but it also encourages public involvement in recycling initiatives. It raises people's awareness on recyclable resources by making the process interactive and fun.
