The Restart Centre is a facility for young adults with digital addiction. Many young people today are suffering from an overload of technology and becoming addicted to smartphones and computers. This is often to the detriment of their mental health. The Restart Centre offers a space where they can turn off the technology. It provides a programme of services and activities, including traditional mental health treatments, creative classes, a yoga studio, meditation rooms, art exhibitions and common spaces for meeting people. This provides natural stress relief and promotes a healthier lifestyle.
