About

Win at saving water

Watrol is a water control system that aims to help people to gradually reduce their shower time through goal setting and sensory feedback. Music and LED light patterns provide a relaxing and easy way for users to increase their awareness of water usage and ultimately reduce their water waste.

"In these years of study in Design, I have learnt to make my design be more human-centered. Design is problem solving, can also be experience enhancement. Steve Jobs’s always reminds me, “Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” Knowing user’s background, culture and needs are the key to create a good design. “Act on, Dream on.” Problems and Challenges are everywhere and I am always ready to experience them."more
