About

Stacey is an Industrial Design student while Ashley is a Computing student. Together, with their complementary skills and knowledge of front and back-end development, they wanted to create something to help give back to their society during these troubled times. After hearing news about hawker owners being unable to pay rent because of the drop in sales, Stacey and Ashley saw how their skills could help hawkers have a digital presence. KOPI-19 was born out of their love for Singapore’s hawker culture. It aims to be an all-encompassing hawker directory that makes it intuitive for the public (who are staying indoors) to contact hawkers (who are still running their businesses outdoors).
