Bryan is a creative entrepreneurial scientist with a Bachelor’s of Sciences in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley. His product design experience spans the realms of sustainability and alternative meats, with projects that tackle accessible sanitation, mycelial composting, and vegan pork. He has consulted for Nestlé R&D and presented his findings at the 2021 UN Food Systems Summit. Bryan loves integrating effective pedagogy with interdisciplinary brainstorming, and is always looking for ways to incorporate his passions in radical ways. He is currently an Innovator-in-Residence at UC Berkeley and Project Manager for the Deplastify the Planet class by Schoolab.
