I am Cristóbal Concha, I am 32 years old, I studied biotechnology at the Universidad Mayor and I am currently developing my thesis. In my career, I have dedicated myself to the management and scientific-commercial formulation of R+D+i projects. I am currently a project manager at Fishextend, where we are developing an edible coating to extend the shelf life of fresh meats called Fishextend and biodegradable and compostable bags called Bolsolution.
