Andrew Waite and Danny Walsh studied mechanical engineering at Northeastern University in Boston, MA where they came together for their senior capstone design project with an aligned biomedical focus, specifically aiming to address needs within prosthetics. Andrew, with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, has over two years of experience in Mechanical Design roles with KinetiQ and Pratt and Whitney and is passionate about service. Danny, Bachelor of Science and candidate for M.B.A. at Northeastern, has worked in research and development medical devices roles with DePuy Synthes and contracting for TRS Prosthetics. He is also passionate about Social Entrepreneurship. The rest of the original design team includes Jonathan Leydon, Carly Gajewski, and Jacob Cohen, who also studied Mechanical Engineering at Northeastern but no longer contributing to the advancement of the project at this time.
