I am a final-year PhD candidate in Biochemistry at University College Dublin, where my research centers on investigating the early circulating environment in maternal blood that precedes the diagnosis of pre-eclampsia. My work focuses on the potential of nanoparticles known as "Extracellular Vesicles," which I am exploring as novel biomarkers for disease detection and prediction. I am passionate about advancing maternal health through innovative research, and I aim to contribute to the development of more effective diagnostic tools for pregnancy-related complications.
