Lisa is a chemical engineer from the Federal Technological University of Parana, Brazil. She is currently a MS/PhD student in Environmental Science and Engineering at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Her research is focused on the pyrolysis process and development of technology to scale up the production of soil amendments. She is also a Product Manager at Terraxy and is responsible for the development of chemical reactors and machinery for the production of SandX and CarboSoil.
