Maria Apud Bell is a design scientist with background in innovation design and biochemistry. She has a strong focus on user experience and food design. She is a team oriented person that works within multidisciplinary teams. She is experienced in merging science, technology and design in industry-focused creative projects in Europe and Japan. She is currently working on her own startup, developing Mela, a service company that provides bacterial cocktails that enhance its user's wellbeing.
