Nayara, a Chemical Engineering graduate from Western Parana State University, Brazil, specializes in the study of water microdroplets' interfacial properties, superhydrophilicity, and surface wettability, with a significant interest in materials characterization. She expanded her expertise as a visiting student at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the Water Desalination and Reuse Center (WDRC) and the Division of Biological and Environmental Sciences and Engineering (BESE). Currently pursuing her Ph.D., Nayara's research is centered on the development and exploration of CarboSoil chemistry and its critical interactions with plant nutrients.
