As a child, my dream was to become an inventor. First I made an education as a carpenter,
after I learned to design furniture and rooms. Then I decided to study Industrial Design at the Zurich University of the Arts. Designing is not only shaping and sketching: To invent new products in a team or by myself is an interesting and satisfying task for me. I like having discussions, considering various aspects to find new ways and solutions. In my leisure time, I like to do outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and camping in the Swiss mountains, sailing at the lake of my hometown or visiting museums and zoos. In my holidays, I enjoy traveling around the world to get in touch with other cultures, cities and landscape. The intention of this project was to include all my experiences to develop a new outdoor product.
