Sandra Pihlak (b. 1989), a young, innovative and ambitious visual thinker from Estonia based in London constantly seeks to push the limits of creativity. Starting the first steps of her higher education studying textile design at the Estonian Academy of Arts, stopping by in the Ensaama in Paris and finally obtaining a Masters degree at CSM in Material Futures, Sandra has, throughout her life stood out thanks to a combination of a stubborn personality and a determination. She has an obsession with weird spaces, material, light, and experimentation. If one were to define what kind of a designer she is then she says that she designs emotions, an emotion designer. She's not afraid of work, getting down and dirty. In her work, she is a perfectionist who loves effective minimalism and detail.
