Sharanya is an Innovator at heart and a Service Designer by profession. She comes from a background of design, having played Service Design, User Experience Consultant and Project Managerial roles across sectors and industries in her previous professional experience. She has conducted multiple design thinking workshops, worked with multidisciplinary teams across departments, industries and borders and was also a proud ambassador for Design For Change, India. She looks at combining creativity with reasoning to deliver impactful, empowering solutions. Now, she is a Creative Strategist at a well-known Design Consultancy based in London, where she uses her technical expertise in Service Design to bring people together and help them shape their own stories.
