Priority

This year we witnessed an incredible array of projects from universities aimed at making the food we consume more sustainable. Some of the most innovative solutions in this group aim to bring farming and agriculture closer to the communities they serve, develop educational tools and programmes to encourage more sustainable eating behaviours, and give a new life to the by-products of the food industry. These are pragmatic, imple-mentable ideas that remind us how changing how and what we eat is both urgent and possible.
