Our Company

Prototypes for Humanity is the Innovation arm of the Art Dubai Group established 20 years ago as a private public partnership with the government of Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Center.

Our History

We were established in 2014 as a showcase for university projects. We have evolved into a global platform with a dedicated team to bridge our growing list of Industry Partners with our proprietary network of 20,000 professors across 120 countries.

Prototypes for Humanity is held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and member of the Dubai Council.

Jennifer leads the strategic planning, creative direction, and full-cycle delivery of the Prototypes for Humanity summit. She oversees exhibition curation, design, and programme-wide operations, and plays a key role in shaping international initiatives across the Art Dubai Group. Her work spans institutional partnerships, production, strategy, and the development of large-scale innovation and cultural platforms.

Fred is an international executive with deep experience spanning global strategy, investment, and public–private collaboration. A former Managing Director at the World Economic Forum, he led the Centre for Regional Strategies and oversaw global programming, including Davos. He sits on multiple international boards and holds an MBA from IMD, and a fellowship from Stanford University.

Naren has a distinguished career in academic research strategy, leadership, and national higher education policy. As Professor Emeritus and FRCA, he brings a wealth of experience to the P4H Professors’ Programme. He also serves on the board of Trustees at LAMDA and was former Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Provost, Royal College of Art, and former Council Member of Research England.

Ralph Nehme brings over 15 years of experience across banking, private equity, and venture capital. He began his career in Paris before relocating to Dubia, where he developed deep expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and scaling growth-stage businesses. In the UAE, he served on the investment team at Dubai Holding before becoming Managing Director of AeroFarms, a US-based AgTech company operating in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) where he led regional strategy and partnerships. He later oversaw direct investments and joint ventures at Shamal.
