Project Alzheimer’s village provisions for the growing need for nursing facilities, complemented by home-based care. Focusing on redefining the space design of patient care facilities, it proposes new building typologies and services, adequate to patients with different stages of Alzheimer’s - with disease progression, minimizing the challenges they face in the interaction with their surroundings is critical.
