About

ChoLab brings real-time cholera detection to the frontlines of public health. Using a portable, low-cost device and a smartphone, it identifies contaminated water in just 20 minutes, removing the need for traditional laboratory facilities. Community health workers can respond immediately and upload test results to create a grassroots surveillance network. Public health agencies gain early warning of outbreaks, shifting response from reactive to proactive. Designed with local input, ChoLab empowers communities and supports stronger water safety and disease prevention

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Design Engineering at Harvard, focusing on AI-HCI. Alongside, I work at Scale AI on human-in-the-loop evaluation for generative AI models like GPT, Gemini, and Grok—researching multimodal systems and model Chain of Thought behavior. I love designing tools that tackle 0-to-1 problems in complex spaces and experimenting with new LLM workflows. This Fall, I’ll also serve as an Anthropic Ambassador, reviewing upcoming features, creating real-world use cases, and exploring hands-on integrations across industries. Previously, I led growth as a Product Lead at Korea’s largest unicorn fintech startup, and held product management roles at the Korean Government and LG. Recently, I was honored with the Entrepreneur Award at the Harvard President’s Innovation Challenge.
