About

Dunia Bora turns a resilient desert plant into a powerful tool for climate and economic regeneration. By processing cactus into antioxidant-rich food, biodegradable biopolymers, and compost for soil restoration, the project addresses food insecurity, plastic waste, and land degradation in arid regions. Rooted in circular economy principles, it empowers local communities with scalable, sustainable income streams. This approach redefines the value of underused natural resources and offers a replicable model for building regenerative industries in drylands
