Project Overview
About
Tell Mi is an app-based service that allows residents in Milan to play an active role in improving their city. The service provides a clear channel of communication between three parties: the community, the municipality and fieldworkers. Citizens are encouraged to report issues such as blocked roads, potholes or sound pollution via the app, with tasks then administered by the municipality to the fieldworkers. The fieldworkers can then mark the issues as resolved via the app, keeping all parties informed and leading to a sense of connection and empowerment in the community.
