Cardiovascular disease can develop silently for years, with a heart attack or stroke sometimes providing the first warning. ChronoVasc analyses proteins and other biomarkers in a single blood sample, combining them with clinical information through interpretable machine learning. It estimates the biological age of a person’s arteries, identifies molecular signs of hidden vascular disease and predicts the risk of serious complications within two years. By revealing risk earlier, the platform could help clinicians personalise prevention and intervene before irreversible damage occurs.
