About
‘Shefa Masr’ is a streamlined mobile dialysis service in Egypt that allows patients with kidney failure who live outside Cairo access to hemodialysis medical care services, reservation of dialysis sessions, and easy application and paperwork for treatment at state expenses. The digital service is paired with a vehicle that is equipped with supplies necessary to provide the dialysis treatment for up to 12 sessions per day.

We are a group of 3 integrative passionate product and industrial Designers who were focused on studying Internet Of Things (IOT) in their pre-masters year at the German university in Cairo.After Covid has advanced globally and health awareness Is the top priority globally.We decided to research more on enhancing the Medical System in Egypt for the underserved community .We started by doing Primary and secondary research to have a medical and statistical information for our project .The project aim was to design a system that provides cost effective access to enhance quality health services for the underserved communities.
