TelaNov transforms discarded fabric scraps into sustainable building insulation for the Philippine construction sector. Using a local downcycling process, textile waste is fibre-reclaimed and formed into thermal, acoustic, fire and moisture-resistant panels that meet key performance standards. The innovation diverts waste from landfill and reduces reliance on imported materials such as fibreglass. Affordable and eco-friendly, TelaNov supports green construction, creates local jobs, and strengthens the circular economy

A Certified Public Accountant and seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional with more than a decade of experience in corporate finance. My career at Ayala Land Inc. allowed me to lead financial forecasting, budgeting, cost modeling, and performance analysis, while ensuring strong financial systems and controls that support long-term stability. I also contribute my expertise to TelaNov, a sustainability-focused startup, where I guide financial planning and strategic decision-making to align innovation with economic viability. I believe that sound financial stewardship not only drives business growth but also enables meaningful, lasting impact.

With advanced leadership training from the National University of Singapore's Future Leaders Programme and an Executive Doctorate in Leadership, she brings expertise in sustainability strategy, compliance, and organizational development. Her contribution to TelaNov ensures that eco-insulation solutions meet quality standards, support green certifications, and align with institutional procurement requirements.

Currently serves as the Vice President for Finance and Administration at RCW Construction Development Corporation, where she also holds ownership and a senior corporate leadership role. With a comprehensive portfolio overseeing the company’s financial strategy. Her extensive experience in the construction fit-out industry provides her with deep insight into the operational realities and evolving demands of the built environment. This includes a strong understanding of the emerging importance of sustainable and green construction materials. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science, major-in-Marketing, which complements her ability to bridge financial stewardship with strategic market positioning of Telanov.
