Thermo Pod is a food and beverage cooler powered by clean energy. Designed to operate completely independently of electricity, Thermo Pod can safely cool and store food and drinks for as long as the user wants. To generate power, users pour water into an absorbent container that sits atop the pod. The water then drips through the container, and onto a layer of sand that is positioned between the device’s internal and external cylinders. Evaporated water escapes through the external cylinder, reducing the temperature inside its internal counterpart and cooling the food or drink stored within. Placed in the home, office, or even in public spaces, Thermo Pod drastically reduces the environmental impact of an everyday appliance.
