Zwitterionic Solutions

Zwitterionic Solutions

About

Zwitterionic addresses the drawbacks of current industrial carbon capture technologies, particularly the use of alkanolamines, which suffer from volatility, toxicity, and high energy requirements. The solution involves developing a new class of non-volatile organic salts that offer fast kinetics, reversibility, and stability while capturing CO2. These compounds aim to provide a safer, more energy-efficient alternative, reducing industrial carbon emissions with a more sustainable, low-impact approach to CO2 capture
